Special conveyor belts are characterized by higher resistance against a specific typee of loading.

Types of special rubber-textile conveyor belts:
  • transport of general unsorted great lump - sized material of high incidence where there is a possibility of conveyor belt’s carecass breakdown,
    type EPP
  • transport of loose and general material in the environment with fire or explosion danger,
    type K - satisfies fire-technical features according to the following norms: DIN 22 103, DIN 22 104, DIN 22 129, DIN 22 131 and ISO 340
  • underground transport of inflammable materials,
type V - satisfies fire-technical features according to
    the following norms: DIN 22 109-2, DIN 22 129
  • transport of hot loose and general material
(recommended temperature of material is 60°C and above),
type D - hot materials at temperatures up to 125°C,
type H - hot materials at temperatures up to 150°C,
type T3 - hot materials at temperatures up to 175°C,
  • transport of loose and general material at extremely low temperature (less than -20°C),
    type R
  • transport of environmentally unfriendly materials (belt rolling into a tube shape in which material, for example ash from thermal power station is transported),
    tube conveyor belt
  • transport of oily and greasy materials consisting of non-polar organic solvents and petroleum,
type G, type GT, type GMOR
  • transport of materials consisting of inorganic acid
    and alkali,
    type C
